Our inspiration has been our Chairman & Managing Director Mr. N.P. Dhawan, who took the lead in early 1950's to revolutionize the stage shows in India through his initiative & creative mind. His vision & foresight are still steering us through the highly competitive environment even today.

The setup comprises of over 30-member team, constituted by educated & skilled Techno savvy & IT savvy Professionals, Experienced Engineers, Technicians and Supervisors.

The Team has a huge varied experience gained over the years/decades by catering to innumerable Corporate Product Launches, Fashion Shows Classical Music Shows, Ghazal Nites, Theme Parties, Rock & Jazz Shows of National & International Celebrities across India.

The Team is self-motivated & has initiative to independently conduct shows assigned to them and deliver with reliability, quality & satisfaction. It is due to this fully involved team which has evolved over the decades that our company has assumed enormous proportions and has since continued to generate steadily rising turnover while developing and strengthening its business.

The Leader - Sandeep Dhawan

A Techno & Computer Savvy Professional with Electrical & Sound Engineering Qualification. A Self-Motivated person who sets the standards for himself to surpass. His initiative, creativity & drive have made him a pioneer in introducing the use of Computer Control Desks in the Lighting Industry, many years ago - much ahead of others. This resulted in his tie up with The British Council in India, Which was responsible for providing his technical expertise to almost all the visiting Theater Groups from UK. He received the first ever Charles Wallace Trust Scholarship in the field of Lighting & Sound.

He was sent to UK for Training Course in Advance Theater Lighting & Sound Techniques and was also associated with the NATIONAL THEATER, LONDON, for one month.

He believes in the popular saying ‘cost is long forgotten but quality is remembered forever’. Therefore each show/event being staged by us should be a Memorable Experience for the Client & Audience.

In-spite of successfully leading a team of young, energetic technicians, creative heads & supervisors, he himself is fully involved in the designing & programming of each show to give the grand finesse.

A strong believer in latest technology, he participates in leading International Exhibitions on Stage, Sound & Lighting, and brings the latest equipments & technologies to the company through the platform of Dhawan Stagecrafts. He has been constantly ploughing back profits & re-investing in market research as well as imparting knowledge by holding honorary training sessions for youngsters aspiring to enter the show business by computerized operation of Hi Tech Lights & Sound equipment.

His hard work & focused approach to Advanced Lighting & Sound in India have made him one of the highly rated & sought after Technical Man in the Industry.
